At New Visions Network, we understand the need for good assistance when dealing with computers. This is especially true when using adaptive technology. Everyone has different levels of expertise. Each person's knowledge of computers is as varried as his/her personality and life experience. We feel that a network of people assisting each other is the best way to provide help when it comes to computers perriferals and the different software that is available. If you require any assistance, please contact our helpdesk via e-mail or talk to one of our tec support team in one of the rooms.

Priority will always be given to users who have questions or issues with software used on this site such as accessing our web pages, and using the TalkCom client. You may have other issues, and our tec team would be happy to assist you when ever possible.
